Embodied Renewal

Welcome in the new year courageously by clarifying your vision for the year ahead, and integrating your lessons and challenges of recent times. This complimentary workshop will leave you feeling empowered, grounded and connected, ready to bring your heartwork into the world.

The workshop will include reflection exercises, gentle yoga asana and pranayama, meditation and a creative assignment. You will also receive a home practice to continue to provide ongoing grounding and nourishment to your vision, and carry you well into your year.

This is an online workshop, and will be recorded if you can't make it live.
Please bring a notebook, pen and something for ritual (candle, incense, oils, etc).
