Join me for a full day immersive retreat for a transformational experience of embodied awakening and connection. Hosted in the beauty of nature at Temple Retreat in Pullenvale. This retreat provides participants a transformative time of learning, healing and connection where nurturing of body, soul, and spirit is central to our time together.

Weaving together times of learning, personal reflection, small group connection and group sharing, this retreat experience will awaken you to your bodies wisdom and intuition and have you moving from states of freeze to flow.

Those attending will be invited to engage in a series of three workshops that incorporate sacred women’s circles, sound immersions, guided mediation and mindful movement where the unity of body, soul and spirit are honoured.

Led by a team of three qualified healers and educators our time together will be a rich spiritual experience of connection and personal growth as we explore holistic approaches to what it truly means to live embodied and be connected to self, spirit and one another.

This retreat will benefit all women, especially those who are feeling disconnected from themselves and struggling to find joy and purpose, or who are feeling overwhelmed in their roles as a women, daughters, mothers, partners, carers, therapists or teachers. We also welcome women who are feeling vulnerable in the midst of navigating and recovering from; burn out, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, spiritual and narcissistic abuse, workplace bullying and religious trauma. I am a lover of deep heart connection and spending time with people enriches my soul. Iam heart centred and thrive when engaging in soulful and spiritual conversations.
