Join Bianca (Neurospark) and Brenna (Dance Instructor) for EMBODIED.

After a sell out event, we are back for more!

This is an invitation to come home to yourself, move your body and feel more confident within. You will leave feeling lighter, freer, and more alive.

This experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement - focusing less on performance and more on how it feels in your body.

No prior dance experience needed - this is for those just curious to try something new

Will begin with a sensual embodiment session to help you slow down, release tension, reconnect with your senses and regulate your nervous system. We’ll then move into a sensual dance class guided by Brenna, designed to help you express yourself freely through movement and leave you feeling empowered.

You Can Expect:
• Nervous system nourishment
• Embodiment practices that help you release tension
• Confidence-building through movement
• Music, dance, and self-expression
• A welcoming and supportive environment for all
• Fun & Connection

***Please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable or what makes your feel good- heels, socks, or sneakers are all welcome! We will email attendees with info closer to event
