Embodied Sacral Expression Method is a transformative practice that I created throughout my own self-exploration journey with breathwork in self-healing 7 years of chronic illnesses, digestive issues, chronic migraines, and endometriosis. It is a combination of different techniques that I have experimented with for the psyche + body, including Jungian Shadow Work Coaching, Somatic Expression, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.

Carl Jung says 'the Sacral holds the Sacred seed of consciousness'. This is where we harmonise the full spectrum of our inner duality and polarities and embody our conscious humanity.

This practice empowers you to be seen and felt in relationships and/or career without fear, projection, or performance. You begin to express from a place of authentic magnetism, where your presence alone speaks louder than words. When your sacral energy flows, your Truth radiates. Who am I?

Hello, I am Ivi Oliveira, I have recently relocated from Perth to the lovely Sunshine Coast! I feel very grounded to the land and empowered to connect with a community of like minded humans who value self-expression & connection from a place of integrated Truth. I am a Human Design & Life Integration Coach, having guided 1500++ humans and couples into aligning their humanity, their behaviour with the potential of the integration of their unique spirituality + humanity so that they can live in aligned purpose in all of who they are! I am a Truth seeker, and a Myofascial Pain Syndrome Warrior! I combine knowledge + body's consciousness in my work to offer an empowered journey of embodied and integrated transformation that is in alignment with the individual genetic Truth. I am a certified Jungian Coach, Masters in Quantum Human Design, SOMA Breath Instructor, Trauma-Informed Therapist, and Somatic Expression Practitioner. Creator of ‘Embodied Sacral Expression Method', and a Self-Projected Projector 1/3 in Human Design.

As a true-life experimenter whose incarnation is to integrate spirituality + humanity, and balance yin & yang energies, I am designed to experience a genetic trajectory where I am exposed to environments of extremes of behaviour, chaos, uncertainties, losses, in order to embody the love for our humanity as the frequency of my soul's purpose. My mission is to help individuals and couples with aligning their behaviour with the potential of their humanity and self-expression, through radical acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, self-worth, self-confidence, and self-trust. By having the clarity and recognising the deeper meaning of their genetic patterns and their origin, their genetic karmic cycles and specific life themes, the trajectory that is encoded in their genes, we replace healing the symptom of dysregulation into looking at the root.

Through my nurturing and grounding presence, and an aura that alchemises the polarity of existence, I have the unique ability to make you feel seen, understood and recognised until all of your defenses and insecurities collapse into the unique highest expression you are here to BE and manifest into this world! I offer a safe space where we transcend the senses of time and space through human intimacy, acceptance, sacred touch, conversation, presence and the sharing of my own life experiences that will serve you as bridges to connect pain, uncertainty, chaos, dysfunction into potential.

I discovered the profound transformational power of my own breath in 2019, when I realised that the traditional Western Health System was not going to offer me the cure for over 7 years of chronic illnesses. The journey led me to leaving my job as a Projects Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry, and exploring breathwork, plant medicine with shamans who were born in South America, somatic therapies, bodywork, and energetic alignment therapies. In 2021, I came across Human Design and The Gene Keys, which led me to being able to experience life from a deeper sense of empowered individuality, alignment, awareness and trust.

My mission is to recognise and affirm every individual’s experience in this world as Truth, as we amplify the light that is hidden beneath the layers of conditioning and you remember who you are when the world isn't telling you who you should be. I honour the expression of your most authentic self in all colours, sounds, and pulses!

Contraindications for Breathwork

Types of breathwork that use rapid breathing may be very risky for someone with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, a recent surgery, or osteoporosis. Following is a list of some of the most common contraindications for Breathwork:

• Cardiovascular problems

• High or abnormal blood pressure

• History of aneurisms

• Epilepsy or history of seizures

• Anyone on heavy medication

• Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia

• Bipolar depression

• Osteoporosis

• Recent surgery

• Glaucoma

• Pregnancy

• An active addiction

• Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support
