✨ Winter Solstice Embodied Sound healing journey & Cacao Ceremony

A Seasonal Ritual of Release, Rest & Renewal

Join us for a deeply nourishing Winter Solstice gathering, a sacred pause in the middle of the year to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and invites us into stillness, reflection, and release. It is a powerful moment to let go of what no longer serves us and gently open space for new intentions as the light slowly returns.

In this immersive experience, we will gather in community for cacao, reflection, ritual, and sound healing within a warm and supportive space.

✨ What to Expect

We will begin by arriving slowly into the space with a ceremonial cacao ritual, a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to support presence, connection, and gentle emotional awareness.

You will then be guided into a reflective writing and release ritual, where you are invited to put into words what you are ready to let go of thoughts, patterns, emotions, or anything that feels ready to be released. This will be part of a symbolic fire ceremony.

From there, you will be invited to lie down and receive a deeply immersive Sound Healing experience, surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments. Allow yourself to rest, receive, and simply be held by sound.

We will close the evening with integration and grounding.

✨ What is a Embodied Sound Healing journey?

A Embodied Sound Healing journey is a restorative experience where you are invited to rest comfortably while being immersed in sound frequencies designed to support deep relaxation, stress release, and nervous system regulation.
