Hosted by Ella from Sacred Sounds N Soul, this experience blends gentle somatic practices, embodiment, and breathwork with the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls and her voice. It’s a space to slow down, soften, and remember the safety and wisdom within your own body.

Through movement, breath, and intentional sound, we will:
