With over 15 years as a qualified Yoga Teacher in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Children’s Yoga, and Yoga Therapy and Energy Healing.

My work has been shaped through both dedicated study and lived experience.

I offer deeply nurturing spaces for women, men, children, and teenage girls — spaces where the nervous system can soften, the breath can deepen, and the body can feel safe to be heard.

Through Restorative Yoga Therapy, women’s and mens circles, seasonal workshops, retreats, and 1:1 Inner Realignment Energy Healing sessions, I hold gentle, grounded containers for rest, reflection, and renewal.

A central part of my work is the art of holding space.

Not as a counsellor, but as a compassionate witness.

A steady, regulated presence where you are met without judgement, without fixing, and without needing to be anything other than who you are in that moment.

This is a space where your experience is acknowledged, your voice is welcome, and your body leads the way.

I do not teach from theory alone.

I walk this path.

My offerings are guided by my own journey through healing, truth, and transformation, and by years of embodied practice and ongoing study and lived experience and deep connection to nature.

What I share are simple, accessible tools that can be woven into everyday life, healing as lifestyle medicine, not something separate from who we are.

My work weaves together rest, ritual, and realignment.

Each gathering is a soft place to land, where your body is listened to and your spirit is remembered.

It is a return to wholeness.

A return to your truest nature.
