Event description

An empowering & transformative 4 part series exploring Embodied Yin, Pranayama, Free Movement and Mantra/Sound Vibration.

This course runs over 4 consecutive Sundays from 4-6pm

Dates:
28th November 
5th December 
12th December
19th December

Each session will explore ways to flow through this time of change and offer nourishment for the new year to come. There will be time to reflect over a hot drink after the class.
