The Man Within - Mindfulness and Wellbeing for Men

Every man can benefit from looking after his body as well as his mind. No matter how strong and stable you are, mindfulness can help you manage pain and stress.
Come belong to an incredible group of men that are making time and space for themselves. Through mindfulness and embodiment practices, we will be able to tap into ourselves and manage those parts of our lives that seem problematic.
Join us for two hours of breath works and flow movements where you reconnect with yourself and share thoughts with the other guys in the group (if you want to).
• Breath work and flow movements to come into our bodies
• Body mind ritual to reconnect spiritually and emotionally with our reality
• Group shares to channel our stuck emotions
• Reconnect with ourselves and regain direction, presence, and purpose
This retreat wants to be a space for all the Men who feel the call to do the inner work, to show up in the world with authenticity and reconcile with their inner integrity.
More than ever before, men need an understanding support structure to come back into alignment with the true meaning of Brotherhood, a space where we can show up for who we really are.
Here all of you are welcome, bring your struggles, your power, your pain, your love.
The Man Within is a path of learning and healing, a path that brings men from all social, cultural and relational contexts to recognise themselves and become fully Embodied Men.
Let's learn to stand still, be strong enough to feel what's going on within us, and present enough to be safe and provide safety to all around us.
Join us on Thursday the 26th and Sunday the 29th of November for 2.5 hrs of body-mind reconnection within ourselves around ourselves.
