We are so disconnected from our bodies and often don´t even feel safe to tap into every feeling that comes up within us. From an early age on we learn not to trust our own body and its functions and with the current body images still in place we dislike the way our body looks. All this is harmful and increases the dissociation from our own physical vessels.

But it is so important that we feel safe in our body, as it is our home for this life. Without safety within you, your life will be filled with fear, judgment, hate, shame, and guilt.

This retreat will lead you back into your body and show you a way to create safety within again. Using different embodiment practices, meditation and breathwork will encourage the trust into your own body and intuition and open up a new perspective on your whole life.
