Embody Heels is a beginner heels dance class for anyone who wants to feel more at home in their body - no dance experience, no heels experience, no "right way" to move required.

Whether you're here for a fun workout, to connect with like-minded people, explore your feminine energy or simply to spend an hour feeling rather than thinking - this class was made for you.

Embody Heels invites you to show up, explore, and embrace what movement looks and feels like on your own body. This is a space to drop your walls, layer your own personal style, and honour what embodiment means for you.

What do I need to bring?

A bottle of water, kneepads if you have them, your heels, and your beautiful self.

What do I wear?

There is no strict dress code. Wear whatever makes your feel good - something you can move in freely. Long pants or high knee socks can be helpful with some of the moves when doing floorwork.

Do I need to wear heels to be in this class?

While this is a heels class, you are welcome to wear sneakers or socks (no shoes) in class.

Am I welcome to come if I have never danced before?

Yes - and we would love to have you! This class is designed to guide you through a warm up, break down moves slowly, and provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone- no matter where you are at in your dance journey.
