The vision behind EMBODY HER is about stepping into our power and embodying the woman we envision ourselves to be. 

As women (especially women of colour) we are often taught to live within the confines of societal expectations, cultural traditions, and external validation.

Through movement, mindfulness, and self-love, we will awaken our strength, embrace our authenticity, and rise together.

Get ready for a transformative experience featuring three 45 minute sessions:

🌟 9:30 AM - Barre & Pilates
A fusion of Barre and Mat Pilates, designed to sculpt, strengthen, and energize your body. This class focuses on building endurance, activating smaller muscle groups, and leaving you feeling strong and empowered.

🔥 10:30 AM - Power Pilates
A high-intensity, sweat-inducing session combining cardio, core strength, and full-body endurance training. This is your time to push past limits, unleash your inner fire, and embody resilience.

🌿 11:30 AM - Balance Living: Yin & Yang + Sound Healing
A holistic balance of movement and stillness, beginning with Vinyasa Flow to awaken energy and closing with Yin Yoga and Sound Healing for deep relaxation and restoration.
