Embody Her: A Journey Back to the Heart under the New Moon

Join me for a sacred women’s circle held under the energy of the New Moon — an evening of connection, reflection, and nourishment.

This heart-opening ceremony invites you to slow down and gently return to yourself. We’ll begin with a grounding ritual and intention setting, followed by a space for shared reflection. As the warm medicine of cacao softens our inner landscape, we’ll drop into presence together.

From this space, you’ll be guided through a gentle breathwork journey to reconnect with the wisdom of your heart. Supported by soothing music and a nurturing circle of women, this practice offers space to release, receive, and realign with your inner truth.
