This workshop is designed for all levels to help you deepen your connection to yourself on all levels, express freely, and explore your body’s wisdom. Our priority is to create a safe, judgment-free space where everyone feels welcome, accepted and supported.

- Street Parking: Available on Dovercourt Road and surrounding streets. Please check posted signs for parking regulations.
- Green P Parking: A Green P parking lot is located nearby at 1160 Bloor St W, just a short walk from the venue.
Public Transit:
- Subway: The nearest subway station is Lansdowne Station (Line 2), approximately a 6-minute walk from the venue.
- Streetcar: The College Streetcar (Route 306) stops at College St at Havelock St, about a 5-minute walk away.
