EMBODY - Embodiment Women's Circle Series

A 3 month container to connect, deeply appreciate and honor your body. This beautiful body that carries you around, this electric body that allows you to live your life to its fullest capacity and enables you to be your true authentic self.

If you've never participated in a circle series before its where a closed group of women attend 3 circles over 3 months. By keeping it the same women for each circle, we develop a close connection and deep vulnerability with each other, this allows us to explore each topic and really break down any barriers enabling full transformation!

So what topics will be explored during this circle series?

Circle 1 Topic - Reclamation

Here we reclaim love, gratitude and joy for all parts of you, your body, mind and soul! As we speak deep truths, and find ways to mend the relationship you have with your vessel.

Circle 2 Topic - Empower

Here we discover ways to lean into intimacy with self, enquire how and why we see ourselves the way we do and have the opportunity feel what its like to be truly embodied and stand in our magnetic power!

Circle 3 Topic - Embody

Our final circle. Here we cultivate ways to step into the world outside of the series safe space ready to Embody the true essence of all that we are.
