Dance Temple events are an opportunity for you to connect with the music of our conscious dance facilitator, to drop into the now moment, into your body and your heart. To leave your mind in cruise mode and invite your body to move how it feels, with no set agenda, none of the “moves” or concern for how it looks. To feel your body’s fluidity or its resistance and to take the time to tune in and breath and move into the contraction, to bring in the light of your awareness and receive or release what your body, mind and spirit may be asking for. Ecstatic dance is a form of moving mediation, and I would say healing: moving and breathing to bring in what is needed, desired, requested: breathing and moving out what is no longer serving you.

Dance is so powerful just as it is.

So imagine if you harness the embodied presence that dance delivers you into and intentionally align with your light and your allies in spirit more consciously. Engaging in a sacred process that acknowledges your needs, your hearts desires and your gifts as a Divine Spark. You will be guided to pre experience this in your mind, as if it is already your truth. Creating the opportunity to clearly guide your subconscious into alignment with your Divine Intention, calling in your unseen enlightened allies for assistance, for your highest good and the highest good of all life on this beautiful Earth.

When we have alignment between our humanity and our divinity we have the power to create our world with love, grace and harmony rather than from our programmed beliefs, habitual thoughts, words and actions which are often rooted in fear and separation consciousness.

Our theme for this event is Embody your Light. The Universal energy we are aligning with for this event is the Summer Solstice. The peak Solar light for the year. Traditionally a time of celebrating the harvest and fertility. So we can acknowledge all we have accomplished or been challenged by over the year and plant the seeds of what we wish to harvest in the coming year.

We are also in Solar Peak 25, when the solar activity is at its most intensive over a 12 year cycle. As the sun releases frequent bursts of light that embrace the earth and increase the frequency of the Schumann resonance, we can imagine that we too are being charged up with light, filling our cells and our energy bodies. We know now that light is not just energy but also carries information. We can consciously connect with this light and bring it into our mind and our body to shed light on what no longer serves us and to empower the frequency of what we wish to bring to light and manifest in our life.

You will be guided create a powerful intentional prayer that will hold the magic of this experience and your divine creative potential which will be supercharged with the collective intention of the group.

You can then activate this internal prayer daily as you spiral out into the new world of your creation. Just as tides ebb and flow, so can your alignment with your intention. Creating a daily habit to re-confirm and re-imagine it can hold you through the challenges and inform you where your resistance may still be operational. This too is so instructional as you can then bring your awareness, presence, love and compassion to this aspect of ourself. This can be done for your self or may be supported by a trusted health facilitator.

Event logistics

Please arrive on time for 2 pm. Doors close at 2.15pm to seal the sacred space.

Leave your shoes at the door.

Please bring a water bottle (glass if you have one) and a small glass vessel that you will empower with your intention. There will be pure artesian water available to top up with.

Please leave you bag, phone, smart watch in the small foyer.

Fill your glass container with water and bring with your water bottle, cushion, journal and pen into the hall.

We will maintain silence from the time of entry to the hall until the closing of the circle, with only the facilitators speaking unless you are invited to speak as part of the process. This will help everyone maintain focus, to be able to go inward and honour the sacred space.

Nourishing GF Vegan food will be provided to restore and ground your energy and celebrate the coming together of like hearted souls.

Introducing your Conscious dance facilitator - Theva Indrasenan

Theva has been running Dancing Dhevas Ecstatic dance in Perth for the last 14 years, and has been a certified Open Floor Conscious Movement teacher since 2018. Theva brings a wealth of insight garnered from years of teaching yoga and working in various bodyworks which have all lead him to dance and movement. On the dance floor Theva works intimately with the 4 dimensions of embodiment, Physical, Emotional, Cognitive and Soul. Moving within these dimensions can bring healing and health whilst resourcing the way we lead our lives off the dance floor.

As well as regular classes Theva runs intensives, workshops and retreats which have brought joy and the benefit of conscious dance to the Perth and Fremantle community.

Introducing your Dance Temple Priestess - Samantha Warner

“I am someone who has always loved to dance - in my own way, to my own rhythm. I find dance centring and inspiring, clearing and exhilarating. I dance when I am stressed, I dance when I am happy, I dance to connect to my light and to Mother Earth beneath my feet. I especially love to dance in nature and with my community.”

I have worked as a Naturopath and Healer using Herbal Medicine, Food as Medicine, Vibrational and Crystal energies, Reiki, Sacred Geometry, Intention and Subconscious Reprogramming Techniques, backed up by my Healing lineage for 25 plus years. I have taught Natural Medicine at various colleges in Perth over a 10 year period before becoming a parent. I have had a special interest women’s health and fertility, attending births and supporting parents; running workshops on many health related topics; facilitating detox and de-stress retreats; and holding sacred events and circles for my soul sisters.

So although I have not been directly initiated into a Mystery school in this life, I am confident I have fulfilled this role officially many times!! And just like all of us, I am coming into the remembrance of who I truly am as my Divine Sparkly self, lifting the veils on my power and my light. I have known from a young age that this is what I was here to do myself and then show the way and hold space for others. I can't wait to work with you and create and hold a sacred space for your remembrance, so your light and your power can shine through, as you embody your light.
