Join us at the heart and home of Zenthai Shiatsu for an engaging weekend exploration of the Five Elements. We'll be SENSING the elements through all realms - our minds, hearts, bodies, and daily lives.

This course is designed especially for current students in the 9 month Therapist program from all locations as an alternative to the Bali 5 Elements Immersion.

It’s also open to qualified therapists looking to refresh and deepen their understanding and connection with the elements.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll unravel the mysteries of the Five Elements, exploring & embodying the dynamic phases of each element as they flow through our daily lives and the changing seasons.

By cultivating a deeper awareness of the elements, we enhance our ability to recognize harmony or imbalance within ourselves and others. This knowledge is a cornerstone of Zenthai Shiatsu therapy, enriching our diagnostic process and providing valuable insight to guide and direct our treatments.

☯️ The Five Element theory is grounded in the polarity of Yin and Yang and rooted in the holistic wisdom of the Tao. To truly understand the dance of the Five Elements, it’s incredibly helpful to first become familiar with the principles of Yin and Yang.

We’ll explore these principals through the sensations in our bodies to reveal the polarity of ourselves. We'll discover what we, as therapists need to bring into balance (in our own bodies) so we can offer high-quality aligned treatments to others. We'll be engaging in gestures and qualities of touch associated with each element.

Throughout the weekend, we’ll balance elemental BODYWORK with KNOWLEDGE, while enjoying nurturing connections in nature with ourselves and each other. Expect shared singing, a sauna session, fire circles, delicious food, and a rich sense of belonging in community.

You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy self-guided activities such as Yandina markets, beach swims, sunrise mountain walks, or visit our local waterfall.

FRIDAY NIGHT
Enjoy a wholesome evening meal, prepared by Free (Vegan vege/dahl Hot Pot with spiced rice) followed by a joyous Heart Song Circle led by Kahu.

SATURDAY NIGHT
Relax in the sauna, followed by an optional shared meal.
