Ecstatic dance is a free movement space to allow the inner world to express and release through the body, in form of movement and sound.

A method to connect with oneself and subsequently with others on a deeper level.

It is a personal journey and Everything is welcomed

You are welcomed as you are

A no judgments and no expectations practice , where benefits are proven to include and not limited to ;

- stress relief

- increased energy

- sense of oneness and freedom

- deeper connection to the body and self

And over long term, improving connection with others, improving physical health and overall well-being.

We follow our ecstatic dance with a sound journey to drop back into space , observe the inner movements of energetic pulsations and currents. Bringing conscious awareness to the process.

We have Rana and Jessie in an opening circle to set intentions through some breath awareness and mindful dropping , this new moon portal we have a dear friend and a fabulous musician Dj Anirvan deva on the decks whose known for taking people through exquisite musical ecstatic journeys and will be joined with Rana who is going to take us on a sound journey to ground us all in a meditative integrative state before transitioning back into the circle. 

Acknowledging the chaotic manifestation in the world, and not turning a blind eye from it - we dedicate a percentage of the fee to this event to a family in need in Gaza - Palestine , it will be supporting Safaa and her 2 kids with essential expenses and hopefully a safe passage to Egypt. 

We dedicate the powerful alchemy of this practice to all those under oppression and currently experiencing a genocide. We are alchemists doing our job from deep within. 

Cycle after cycle we meet
Set intentions
And allow the embodiment takes space from the smallest atom within

Rana Hamida

She is a well established artist that has over 6 years experience in various art forms including music, singing, dance, Somatics and storytelling and in the past year she started to share her embodied wisdom and expertise with many interested souls who expressed the desire to connect deeper with themselves, unblock, and free their inner space to hear the subtle guidance of their inner gurus.

Her anchor is being in surrender to the present moment. And with conscious discipline exploring and Passing stories of somewhere deep within the essence of Now. Releasing the past and singing the future in its folds.
Separation dissolves in the process of remembering our unique flow, to get lost and found in the wonders of our presence.

Over the past 7 years across Oceana ( New Zealand, Australia ) and India, People from all around the world have been experiencing Rana's music transforming through various genres such as Progressive psytrance, full on and Dark Forest to Folktronica, ethnic deep house and techno - different waves taking her audiences on deep journeys and experiences while also accompanying her dj sets with live vocals.

Join her ecstatic journeys with an ever expanding mind to dissolve the boundaries where we merge into the one within - ever deepening, ever transforming, ever remembering.

Whether it be creating powerful Ecstatic Dance journeys for dance temples or performing in a festival or a club environment, Anirvan Deva brings forth his length and breadth of experience to play with an alchemical nature.

His sound crosses borders between elements of world fusion, organic / tribal / downtempo & various tonalities of electronics with deep grooves, big bass and even mantras. Over the last 10 years years Anirvan Deva has become a cornerstone of the New Zealand ceremonial / ecstatic dance scene, yoga events & festivals such as Earth Beat, NZ Spirit, Resolution, Ecstatic Paradise, Evolve, SolRise… often collaborating with some of Aotearoa's most outstanding artists.
