These classes are thoughtfully crafted to support you in fully integrating and embodying each practice before moving forward, honouring your unique rhythm and pace. This gentle, progressive approach will guide you in building your personal Fembodiment™️ Method practice, leading you toward moments of deep pleasure and inner radiance.

Explore a specially chosen Fembodiment™ practice you can embody over 4 weeks, giving you time for integration and to fully experience the benefits this Fembodiment™️ practice can offer you.
A private telegram group to stay connected, ask questions, communicate relevant information and share insights, in-between the Zoom classes.
4 group Zoom classes where there will be time given for sharing, asking questions and receiving 1:1attention with me.
Emailed downloadable handouts where needed.
An opportunity to share as little or as much as you like and to move at your own pace.

In this class series the Fembodiment™️ practice you will be learning focuses on cultivating pelvic radiance, recognising the pelvis as a potent centre of feminine intelligence.

To help you decide if this class series is the right fit for you:

Can you put aside 15 minutes of private time a day for 4 weeks for exploration and practice between classes?
Can you be in a private space with no interruption with your screen on for the duration of the online Zoom class, for your benefit and the safety of the other women in the class.
Can you show up fully for yourself and the other participants in the online classes for gaining the most out of the practice?
