Embodying The Sacred Triangle, A Chakra Prana Vinyasa Affiliate Yoga Teacher Training with Delamay Devi in Byron Bay!

An integrative approach to the chakra system within Prana Vinyasa Yoga and the flow of life created by Shiva Rea and offered by affiliate teacher trainer Delamay Devi. 

The Chakras or energetic spheres are located along the central channel of the body, they are subtle vibrational points, influenced and informed by the world we live in. Each Chakra has a meaning and tantric breath practices, energetic anatomy, physiology and endocrine system connection plus multidimensional sequencing for them.

Through this practical and inspirational exploration of the chakra system and the yogic body, we will develop an transformative approach to the body mandala – the energetic divine container of our interconnectedness within our Self, experiences, relationships and nature. Together we will awaken and embody a somatic approach to our energetic chakra system.

Together we'll be tending to our Vital Fire (Muladhara chakra/ Root), Creative Sexual Fire (Svadisthana chakra / Sacral) and the Fire of Awareness (Manipura / Solar Plexus Chakras).

This module is suitable for yoga teachers who want to integrate chakra work more consciously into their yoga practice, deepen their understanding of energetics and take their classes to new level with mandala sequencing based on the chakras.

During this Embodying The Sacred Triangle Yoga Teacher Training you'll learn and experience:
* Practical realisation of our Divya Deha – Energetic Body
* Shakti Mudra Vinyasa, sacred sexuality, mula bandha and kriyas
* Learning the hands-on assists for the Chakra Prana Vinyasa® practices
* Learning to teach chakra namaskars / mandala or circular salutations dedicated to the chakras to integrate into your classes and teaching
* Principles of advanced Prana Vinyasa sequencing that integrate an energetic approach to asana, pranayama, mudra, chanting and movement meditation.
* The History and Science of the Chakra System in a way for you to experience, feel and integrate into our in person and online exploration.
* From the Tantric Roots of Body Temple, we will create a safe space to remember and embody sacred presence.
* Muladhara Mandala Namaskar (root chakra)
* Svadhisthana Mandala Namaskar (sacral chakra)
* Manipura Mandala Namaskar (solar plexus chakra)
* 25 hours recognised by Yoga Alliance
* A comprehensive teacher training manual.
