A one-day workshop designed for yoga teachers who have completed their 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and are ready to step into greater confidence, authenticity and leadership.

Facilitated by Cazz LeMessurier and Lizz Pennings, this immersive experience blends practice, philosophy, teaching skills and reflection. Together we will explore sequencing, voice, embodied leadership, and the responsibility of holding space with integrity and care.

Anyone who has completed their 200hr YTT whether you are already teaching, early in your yoga teaching journey, or seeking the confidence to begin. Coaches, therapists, space holders and retreat leaders who have completed their 200hr YTT are also welcome.
