All men and women are invited to gather around the fire on the incredible land of La Tierra Curativa, while immersed in a journey going within with your hosts Chantelle Sultana, Tom Sultana, Melinda King and Luke Sinclair. This is a journey where you will connect with your body and mind on a deeper level, working through core subconscious blocks and barriers. Allowing you to access the light within to shine and be able to live more of a soul led life.

Through this pathway, Chantelle and her husband Tom will use the frequencies of the highest divine love to fill the space with immersion, connection, compassion and safety as you explore the different versions of your existence. Allowing yourself to fully immerse within the various versions of you and allow these versions to feel seen, heard, honoured and safe. This will give you an opportunity to witness what your body and soul wishes to express to you and fully embody a higher consciousness within your own innate wisdom and knowledge.

This is not just taking you on a journey to bring you calmness, clarity and connection but it is also allowing you to create a relationship with your shadows/emotions we tend to suppress to be able to witness the magic that ALL emotions can bring when in their truest state. By doing this we are able to move through stuck cycles, limiting beliefs and strengthen connections. One of the many focuses will be strengthening the connection with your breath to your brain connection by becoming more aware of how our breath plays a significant part within emotional processing and intelligence as we move through this immersive experience. This will also help strengthen the connections within all your bodies systems, chakras, meridians, body, spirit and soul.

What would this look like?

This will be an interactive event where you will experience and participate in a somatic meditation, connection with the breath, comeback to your inner child, gentle mindful movement, multidimensional sound meditation, sound journey, soul art and cacao.

To begin with while the beautiful Melinda (one of the owners of the land of La Tierra Curativa) will welcome us to the land while serving heart-warming cacao. Chantelle will be playing the sounds of the crystal bowels and chimes, while Tom will move around the group while playing the frame drum to allow the drum of your heart to ground further and allow the love within our hearts to nurture any heart walls that impact self-connection and inner peace.

The sound journey is not just a sound journey. It brings frequencies that is channelled from the soul to bring more safety, grace and ease when moving through core blocks using the frame drum, 7 chakra crystal sound bowels, gong, bar chimes, wah wah chimes, vocals and more.
The frequencies within this activates the lightcodes each and every one of us hold to help harness safety, self love, what we wish to bring in to our lives, worthiness, creative expression and more.

As we move further through the evening Luke Sinclair will play the Yidaki (didgeridoo)in a traditional style based on his First Nations cultural identity. Luke is a proud Aboriginal man descending from Gamilaraay country, who is deeply rooted in the Central Coast of NSW, where he resides.

The soul art consists of various elements where you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of ways of allowing your inner expression and what your soul wants your body to see, hear, feel and bring into your awareness. This will be through creating sounds with your bodies expression, movement that will activate your inner child’s joy and a choice of creating a soul art painting using water colours or a creation using air clay.

You don’t have to be a professional artist to create soul art. Infact, we are all artists and have the capacity to create incredible expressions of our body and soul if we allow the flow to come through. This experience does exactly this. When moving through the above process we activate the flow part of your brain to allow your subconscious and conscious minds work together with more flow and soul expression. By allowing your eyes and hands create the art, it helps bring more insight to your awareness of what your body and soul is wanting to work through.

This journey will also help you gain tools that you are able to continue at home. I would also be able to offer support by sending an integration email a day after the session to give you more tools and techniques as you integrate this process. Also being available to be of any support after the event via email or the Rise Above Barriers facebook messenger.

Remaining proceedings after expenses will also go towards creating the “5 breaths foundation” that is currently in the making and a passion of mine. This will be a not-for-profit foundation that aims bring awareness to take 5 conscious breaths each morning for all children and adults to help them create a better breathing and emotional intelligence cycle. Also bringing awareness in how breathing together as a group helps co-regulate others who find breathing challenging due to blocks impacting their breath. I am particularly passionate about this as when others where able to breathe with me during my own health struggles, helped me immensely. If you read a bit about me below you would see I have a diagnosis of FND Functional Neurological disorder, I am so much better now thanks to this work and fully functional (which is why I am super passionate about it). As during the times I would have seizures and body paralysis where at times I found it challenging breathe or talk. When my family and friends would breathe together for me, it somehow helped me move the breath block that was impacting me struggling to breathe and would co-regulate me bringing me out of the seizures and the freeze response I seemed to be stuck in.

Money raised will contribute to creating posters, logo, website and establishment costs. Donations on the night are also welcome.
Future development of creating this foundation once it is established also hopes to raise money for the Garvin Institute for research for conditions impacting the respiratory and neurological systems eg Cystic Fibrosis and Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).

Hi, my name is Chantelle and I believe there is always a reason for everyone we meet in life. So if you landed on this page, I encourage you to go inwards and ask yourself if there is something your body and soul is trying to communicate to you.

I have many passions but the one thing I am most passionate about is the human body. I am in awe with how much power our body has. It has the ability to repair, rejuvenate and cleanse just like it has the ability to do the opposite.

Through my own struggles of health issues I have learnt the importance of honoring every little bit of the body. Not just all of the great things like skills and talents but all of the flaws and setbacks in my life.

I always say “my greatest struggles have become my greatest blessings”

The reason why I say this is because it has. I would not have been able to find my light and bring in the abundance I am now receiving in life if it wasn't for my setbacks. My setbacks took me on a journey of spiraling downwards which impacted my body in such significant ways. So much so that my body would hurt, be inflamed, be bedridden, low energy, sinuses, have seizures and at times whole body paralysis. I was later diagnosed with FND- Functional Neurological disorder.

Functional Neurological Disorder is the most common unknown neurological disorder. My passion is to advocate for this as my guidance explained that every single person who experiences any sort of stress response symptoms that is not fully processed literally has aspects of this, whether it is known to them or not. I am seeing so many young children getting diagnosed with this recently and it is heartbreaking.

Functional Neurological disorder is a software issue within the body. It occurs when there are blocks impacting the communication from the brain to the different body parts.

Within these blocks are trapped emotions from either past experiences, inherited emotions or absorbed/projected emotions.

These blocks create energetic walls around parts of the body, organs or sometimes the whole body.

When the body is trying to communicate with each other and can't get the information through fully due to these blocks it creates more emotional blocks. Over time this builds up.

For the body to be at its optimal level the energy within the body needs to be free flowing to allow information from the brain to the body to flow so the body can respond in appropriate ways.

However, just like being stuck in a traffic jam you are most likely going to get to work late or sometimes depending on how bad the traffic jam is not at all. This is like the body, and how it impacts our daily life. For example when someone forgets what they are going to say, or do is usually because of a emotional block within the bodies network communication, in particular- breath blocks. People may identify it as brain fog. Over time, these blocked emotions impact the tissues and cells and that is when the body gets stuck in a stress response, which turns into inflammation, which could lead to chronic health issues, shallow breathing, anxiety, depression etc

The reason why blocked emotions can't process completely is usually because of blocks within the brain to the breath and brain to the vagus nerve as well as other fundamental parts. This also impacts all systems within the body especially the nervous system and respiratory system.

So with my knowledge in working with the subconscious through becoming an Emotion Code Practitioner I was able to work through my own blocks and barriers.

Through this work I have been able to activate my own innate abilities within and receive channels from the highest divine love our creator. Everyone has their own beliefs of who that is and I totally respect that but for me it is God- Jesus.

From using this guidance and knowledge I am in the process of creating my own program to work through subconscious blocked emotions on a deeper level. To teach others to be practitioners of the subconscious mind and body.

I have also completed a course when purchasing my beautiful sound bowels from Rainbow sounds and a variety of drumming courses. This is where my love for sounds and music was expanded upon and I could really see how high frequency sounds really help move deep emotional blocks at a cellular level.

When exploring Somatics, my husband Thomas and I attended a life changing weekend when completing a Somatics facilitator course. This is when we both were able to witness shifts as we combined the movement, sounds and energy work.

I delved in deeper while completing further training in Somatics with Innerloom. From this the colours also showered over the sounds and movement as I could see the important of working with the body both physically and energetically.

From connecting with both the physical and energetic body I was able to process blocks further by asking the body for the wisdom and knowledge I needed to work through various barriers. This is when my body and soul would guide me to draw, paint, write and move. As I allowed my hands to move freely, I noticed that what was illustrated helped me unlock more barriers within, while igniting my passion in creative expression. This is how I became passionate about Soul art. As the soul art we create does not only help the person creating it but it also helps others who view it to gain more awareness and insight within themselves.

I knew in my heart that this knowledge had to be shared, as it helped me regain my health and ignite skills I never knew existed within me. So I have worked with different ages from newborns to elderly from in person to across the globe. I also work with animals, homes and businesses to help move through business blocks, finance blocks, health blocks, worthiness blocks etc

I absolutely love the group sessions as the shifts within the group sessions are remarkable as we are able to delve into deeper levels of consciousness. My husband Tom came onboard to the group sessions to bring more depths to the sounds as his divine channel that he brings through the sounds strengthens the very core of both of us combined. When working with the earth he has proved to be a fire keeper and has a deep connection with the elemental wisdom of fire. We have both worked together within our own journeys to gain more awareness of our own journey and journey together.
