We are excited to share this event facilitated by Polina Boho, a multi talented somatic therapist, traveling from Bali.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to develop their authenticity and creativity.

For those who are searching for miracles, new decisions, out of the box thinking, escape from emotional stagnation or are scared of the stage and proving themselves.

We're going to have a full day trip from body-centering, to vocal improvisation through the discipline of authentic movement into the exploration of performance! Our goal is to open each individual's hidden creative possibilities with support and a bit of challenge.

Program:

9am to 5pm, with an hour long lunch break.

-Somatic warm up with vocal opening practice

-Performance basics

-Authentic writing

-Performative movement, sound and text improvisation

Facilitator:

Polina Boho is queer person, somatic therapist (IBMT dip), dance training facilitator, musician and writer. She studied in the US, Great Brittany, Germany and Israel with such teachers and programs as Arnold and Amy Mindell (process work), Linda Hartley (Somatics), SMASH program (vocal performance), Arie Burstein (Bodymind Gestalt Therapy) and Dance Therapy. She developed her own approach on creative opening through movement, vocalizing, writing and performance. She combines her method with meditation, early developmental movement patterns and inductive games.

She works individually and with groups, offline and online.
