Tim Mitchell — Kapacity King

Tim Mitchell is a breathwork facilitator, hypnotherapist and capacity-focused coach who helps people create the internal space needed to heal, adapt and move forward.

Through his work with Kapacity King, Tim brings together breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindset, emotional awareness and practical tools for building greater capacity in everyday life.

His approach is grounded, honest and deeply human. Rather than pushing people to become a completely different version of themselves, Tim helps them understand what is costing their capacity, what they are carrying, and what needs to shift so meaningful change can become possible.

Tim is known for creating spaces that feel safe, direct and real. He brings a strong, grounded masculine presence while encouraging vulnerability, personal responsibility and genuine emotional expression.

His sessions and events are designed to support people to:
