This is an intuitive trauma informed Breathwork session, through out these sessions I work with you to unlock trauma, emotion, negative beliefs and old stories from the body.

I guide you through your breath to access these areas and bring them to the surface to be released, I work somatically with the body unlocking stored emotion and trauma from the muscles throughout the entire body

We go deep to realise and heal these old wounds and release the patterns that they have created in your life
