in this informative, fun and enlightening event you will learn about who I am, what my story is, how I got to where I am today along with:

*Learning about what breath work is and how it can help you, learn a couple of simple breathing technics you can use everyday

*Learning about the nervous system and how negative emotion, belief systems and trauma are created and stored in the body.

*Learning the importance of learning about these systems, how they work and how through understanding them we can truly gain access into ourselves

through the breath to release all that is stuck/repeating and no longer serving us
