Take some time to escape from your daily routine in the magnificent setting of Wybalena Organic Farm in the beautiful Byron Hinterland. Enjoy daily yoga practices, where you will explore movement, yoga, meditation, philosophy, chanting and breath work.
This 4 night, 5 day retreat will provide plenty of time to meander the walking trails of the farm, swim in the magnesium pool, indulge in a sauna or massage, or to find a cosy nook for some down time to read, relax or chat to friends. You can also venture out into the surrounding area. Head to Mullumbimby or Byron and take in all this stunning location has to offer.
Stay in quality farm style accommodation in this dreamy, private location, with options to suit all budgets.
We gather for meals in the large architecturally designed farm house. With a stunning banquet style dining table, large caterer’s kitchen, cosy loungeroom, open fire, library and wrap around deck that opens onto a pool, sauna and tropical gardens.
The beautiful light filled yoga hall is fitted with oak floors and is equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. Enjoy a dip in the magnesium swimming pool or a luxurious infra-red sauna before or after class.
This retreat is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to those that would like to deepen their practice. Your retreat hosts Kate and Laura will guide you to develop a self-awareness that helps you to connect to what your mind, body and spirit needs each time you come to the mat.
