Embrace Kids - Movie Screening

Filled with fun and joy, EMBRACE KIDS is an energetic mix of animation, live action, interviews, music and more.

The film explores the relationship children have with their bodies and covers topics including social media, disability, gender identity, representation and diversity.

This uplifting film by Taryn Brumfitt (2023 Australian of the Year) brings together a vibrant collection of stories form young people and famous friends who share their experiences with body image, bullying, gender identity, advocacy, representation and more.

The film will help children decode ways that advertising, social media, celebrity culture and the diet and fitness industries influence how we feel about our bodies.

All proceeds will support the Embrace Hub and will go towards making life-changing, research-led body image resources freely available to young people and their leaders.
