Embrace the Change- A Perimenopause & Menopause Workshop

Perimenopause and menopause can affect everything... your sleep, mood, energy and metabolism, how you handle stress and how you feel in your body. This isn't something to push through alone.

Embrace the Change is a supportive workshop built around the three areas of Body Wisdom, Soul Medicine and Kitchen Alchemy that are designed to help you understand what's happening hormonally, feel more in control of your symptoms, and leave with practical tools you can use immediately. And you won't be doing it solo... this workshop is about coming together with other women who get it, in a room where you can be honest about what this stage of life actually feels like.

This workshop blends practical education, body-awareness practices, and a short guided breath session to help calm your stress response and reconnect you with your body.

What we'll cover:

Perimenopause + Menopause Basics
We'll break down what's happening with your hormones and why symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, hot flushes, sleep disruption, weight changes and irritability can show up.

Body Wisdom- Understanding Your Body's Signals
A simple, practical approach to tuning back into what your body is telling you... whether you're pre- or post-menopause. This is about learning to read your own signals and rebuild trust with your body.

Kitchen Alchemy- Eating for This Life Stage
You'll learn practical nutrition strategies to support energy, digestion, hot flushes and mood including blood-sugar-friendly habits, seasonal eating tips and simple swaps that work in real life.

Soul Medicine- Calming Your Stress Response
We'll look at stress, cortisol, and why your nervous system plays such a big role in this transition. You'll learn calming techniques, mindset reframes and next steps to help you feel steady moving forward.

You'll be guided through a short, gentle breathing session designed to calm your stress response, release tension, and help your body settle. No experience needed.

This is a room of women, not a classroom with space to share your experience, be heard, and realise you're not the only one going through this.
