A springtime celebration of balance and renewal. Acorn and Oak Apothecary in conjunction with Soul Seed Sanctuary and Magic Forest Folk joyfully welcomes you and your entire family to this community event.

 As nature awakens from its winter slumber and life blooms with vibrant colours, join us in celebrating the balance of light and dark during this sacred time of renewal and rebirth.

 A Time of Rejuvenation: As equinox approaches, the world is filled with the promise of new beginnings. Embrace the fresh energy of the season, as the Earth comes alive with the song of birds and the blossoming of flowers.

 Honouring the Equinox: Gather with kindred spirits to honour the harmony between day and night, symbolising the ever-present cycle of life. Our community ritual will foster unity and connection, celebrating the sacred dance of nature.

 Seasonal Balancing Sessions:

Choose Your Path: Each ticket includes a sacred 45-minute session that resonates with your soul:

• Shamanic Drum Sound Healing: Embark on a transformative voyage, guided by the ancient rhythms of the shamanic drum. Bathe in the healing frequencies that align your being with the awakening of nature.

Experience the transformative power of rhythm and sound at our immersive 90-minute Drum Sound Healing event. Journey into a world of healing vibrations as you embark on a unique adventure for the mind, body, and soul.

• Qi Gong: Harmonise your energy with the Earth's pulse through the gentle flow of Qi Gong.

Qi Gong is a powerful ancient practice used to cultivate qi and maintain well-being and harmony of body, mind, and soul. Using gentle body movements, self-applied massage, breath practices, and meditation, you will learn how to beneficially utilise the universal life force that surrounds you (qi), to nourish and rebalance on all levels.

With over 15 years experience using Qi Gong to create greater health & wellness, Michelle is a knowledgeable practitioner who is passionate about sharing this ancient practice with others to help them enliven body, mind and soul.

• Yoga Session: Connect your body, mind, and spirit, celebrating the renewal of life.

The combination of movement, breath, mantra, and meditation offer possibilities for deep healing and transformation.

Bec’s classes contain ancient practices that bring people home to their own inner sense of joy, love and presence. Bec has been teaching yoga for over a decade in various studios and spaces across Australia. She now calls Kyneton home where Awaken Yoga Studio resides.

Upon arrival, please sign up to your session of choice (these sessions are for those over 12 years of age). If you are coming as a single parent, we will have an area where your little people can frolic under the care of our wise elders as they craft tissue paper butterflies.

 Crafting Spring Crowns: Embrace the spirit of this time of year by crafting your very own Spring Crown. Weave together weeping willow, native Australian flowers, daffodils, jonquils and more to honour the vibrant essence of the season.

 Purification Bundles: Engage in the ancient art of crafting smudge sticks using seasonally available herbs. Harness the healing properties of nature and create bundles of aromatic herbs to cleanse and purify your space.

Magic for Children: Children will be enchanted by the activities of Ostara.

 Spring Teepee: Each child can enter the Enchanted Teepee where they will be gifted a magic jar which they can fill with fairy wings and/or crystals of their choosing.  

Sand Pit and Mud Kitchen: Let their imaginations soar as the little ones uncover precious gems in the sandpit and frolic in the mud kitchen.  

 Unlimited Herbal Tea Tent: Sip on nourishing organic and wildcrafted herbal teas by Acorn and Oak which will energise, inspire, refresh and invigorate as you bask in the energy of equinox. For the little ones, we will have a range of medicinally magical herbal teas from Magic Forest Folk.

 Feast and Merriment: Bring your own picnic to enjoy amidst the beauty of nature.

 Music and Song: Dance and revel in the joy of the season as music fills the air with melodies that celebrate the spirit of the equinox.
