Facilitated by Bonnie-Lea Elizabeth - a professionally trained and devoted Self-Expression and Embodiment Coach

With a passion and calling for Coaching and Facilitation, Bonnie-Lea weaves the magick of Reiki, Energy and Somatic Healing, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping), Manifestation principles, Channeling and Guided Meditation and combines them with science-based Transformational Neurocoaching and training in Neuroscience.

You'll find a holistic approach when working with Bonnie-Lea, who supports women to go deep to clear out old unconscious programming and rewire their body and brain to become magnetic to all that they desire.

Bonnie-Lea takes care to curate safer spaces where women can show up as their whole selves—authentic, vulnerable, and without judgment. Here, you’ll be seen, heard, and held with compassion. Joining us on the Support Team will be Breanna Mann of Breathe School, holding space and ready to provide support, grounding, co-regulation (or a loving hug) if needed.

Since her very first women’s workshop in 2015, Breanna has been supporting women of all ages to connect deeply with themselves. With over 500 hours of training in yoga, meditation, mindfulness and self-enquiry, and 10 years of personal practice, she brings a wealth of wisdom. This, along with her kind heart, playful nature and depth of listening creates a space where vulnerability is welcomed and held with compassion. Breanna will be present at this experience in full support of your growth and personal journey.

What to expect:

We’ll begin by grounding into the space through a short meditation, followed by activities that foster connection and explore our relationship with vulnerability. You'll hear Bonnie-Lea share her own journey from struggling with expressing emotions, knowing her needs and setting boundaries to living a desire-led life of personal liberation and full expression.

Through group discussion, visualisation exercises, and a powerful group EFT tapping session, you'll be supported in breaking down the barriers to self-love, self-worth, and authenticity. An embodied movement practice will help you alchemise your full expression in your body, while partner work will provide the space to witness and be witnessed as you express your truth and set intentions for living in your full expression.

The workshop will culminate with journaling and reflection time, followed by a closing circle where we’ll integrate the day’s experiences with a cup of tea and some snacks before ending with a grounding meditation.

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing, a journal and pen, and an open heart ❤️

We will have access to the studios mats, bolsters and blankets but if you prefer to bring your own please do so.
