Every Thursday, I invite you to join me for Embrace Yourself - a morning self-care group session.Start your day in a gentle yet empowering way! Reconnect with your body, settle your mind, embrace your emotions, and acknowledge your soul.I will inspire you to embrace your wholeness through gentle flowing movement, self-massage techniques, meditation in motion, and grounding relaxation at the end. And it wouldn't be me if I didn't infuse all this with elements of Hawaiian practices supporting overall well-being and a deeper sense of connection.Each of our morning sessions will also be inspired by one of the elements of nature. We've started this Thursday with water to help us reconnect to the free flow of energy. During the next sessions, we will explore the beautiful qualities and benefits of earth, fire, and air and how they are present in our bodies and our lives...
It's open to everybody; just show up in comfortable clothes, bring a bottle of water and some curiosity. Booking is not required, though it would be nice to know that you intend to join us, so tick the interested/going box, write a PM, or email me:

Also, every Thursday, from 11 am - 1 pm, in the massage room upstairs, I will be available for one-on-one sessions. It could be the temple style of Lomi Lomi, Kahi Loa, somatic touch, or a bodywork session, or a blend of it, according to needs and intentions.
