WHY is this event unmissable?

This deep dive workshop is for anyone who is seeking greater clarity, deeper connection, stronger community, or simply desiring a safe space to just be yourself. If you've found yourself recently feeling blocked, anxious, lacking purpose or direction, and need to reground and remind yourself what's truly important and who you truly are, this event is for you. We look forward to welcoming you into a beautiful container that is sure to inspire you to step further into the life you desire and deserve.

WHO is this event for?

If you're a curious, open, emotional human being, or want to learn how to be one, this day is for you. Our experience includes working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs); people suffering from anxiety and depression; people going through major life shifts; and members of the LGBTQ+ community. If you have any questions about whether the event would suit you, pop us a message and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

WHAT will we explore?

Our focus will be on the enriching pillars of Authentic Relating, Authentic Movement, Sound Toning and Circling.

Authentic Relating is an interpersonal meditation. It is the practice of listening and speaking in deeper awareness of our present moment bodily sensations, allowing us to weave richer, more truthful and loving human-to-human connections.

Authentic Movement asks us to move from a place of subtle listening and ease, and is a way to promote freedom of expression through simple relaxation.

Sound Toning is a yogic practice where certain sounds are created in alignment with particular areas in the body. The overall process of sounding in a community setting relaxes the voice, creates depth of awareness & calms the nervous system.

Circling is an organic, in-the-moment interpersonal group process that’s equal parts art form, meditation, and group conversation — all designed to allow a visceral experience of connection and understanding of another person’s world, celebrating who and where they are right now.

Together, we will create a rich container to explore the many layers of our human experience, including our secrets, treasures, and triggers. Through these four enriching practices, we can enquire, understand and celebrate the realness of interpersonal dynamics, as well as connection to self.

WHERE will it be?

The event will take place at The Yoga Room, Deptford, London, SE8 4BY.

It is right next to Deptford train station and only one stop away from London Bridge. Super accessible, huge windows, comfy floor seating and luscious plants. The studio is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, a bathroom and a kitchenette.

"i to i was a game changer for me. I'm blown away on a daily basis as to how easy communicating and relating has been since doing Laurie's incredible workshop"
~ Andy, Auckland, NZ

"I felt so deeply and beautifully seen, heard and held by everyone in the group, and that was in large part because of Laurie's gift of facilitation"
~ Megan, Cape Town, South Africa

“Emily’s sessions are profound and deeply healing and I have experienced huge personal shifts working with her. The 1:1 voice and embodiment sessions are wonderfully playful, inspiring and surprising”
~ Briana, Scotland

“Using my voice and sound isn’t something that I regularly do on my own, so having your group makes a huge difference. I notice I feel lighter, embodied, more authentic and confident within myself after every session. Friends and family notice the difference in my energy and I always say I started the morning making sound with Emily and feel amazing. The way that you fully embody your voice and movements during the sessions is inspiring and the community has become part of my core support system”
