In this 'Playshop' you will practice:

• The Art of Relaxed Arousal - enter pleasure states that Nourish you rather than deplete your energy.
• Sexy conscious communication - How to let your partner know what you need in bed without hurting their feelings
• ‘Tuning Into’ each other’s bodies to create sensational connection and yumminess!! :) 

We’ll be combining tools and skills from the world of Contact Improvisation, Conscious Communication and Holistic Sexual Wellness.

About Your Hosts:

Efrat Wolfson is a Holistic Sexual Wellness Coach, founder of Life of Passion and The Passion Academy, which has supported 4000+ individuals and couples to live an orgasmic life of passion and ignite their inner fire.

Lillian Donnell is a multi-modal movement coach and facilitator of Contact Improvisation. With a background in Latin partner dancing and acro-yoga, she helps people discover both the playfulness and deep embodied connection that is possible in mindful, partnered movement.
