EMBRACING MAGA: An Invitation to explore how to navigate the transition into your Wise Woman.

We warmly invite you to join us in Circle for "Embracing MAGA" – a wholehearted gathering dedicated to the gentle and nourishing journey into your wiser years.

This is a 3 hr Women's Circle and container for women to come together, support one another, and lovingly embrace the transition into their Perimenopause and Menopause, known as a “Second Spring” or the embrace of the "Wise Woman".

With Mikaela Duffy, Naturopath, Nutritionist & Bodyworker as a special guest and Beatriz Davila as a Certified “Yoga Menopause Teacher”, Breathwork Coach, Massage Therapist and Reiki Healer and owner of RESPIRAH YOGA SPACE, our time together will include:

• Understanding the Journey:

We will explore the phases and mechanisms of Perimenopause and Menopause from the ancient wisdom of the East ~ Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbalism.

- What is happening to your hormones ~ the emotions, challenges & spiritual journey of entering this ‘Maga’ phase

- Discover body signs you may encounter ~ delving into the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects (and challenges) that this hormonal imbalance cause in female bodies.

This is an intimate and loving opportunity for self-reflection and sharing stories, asking questions, and gaining holistic insights.

• Restorative Nurturing Heaven:

Let yourself be nourished and guided through an hour of soothing and calming, Restorative Yoga poses, Breathwork Mindfulness Techniques and Meditations designed to relieve your symptoms and bring comfort to your body and mind.

*No prior yoga experience is needed; these gentle practices are accessible to all.

• Holistic Approaches:

Learn about natural and holistic methods and plant medicine to help you manage your symptoms and ongoing health to navigate this transition
