The aim of this course will be to use three one hour sessions, over three weeks, to challenge what we know about autism. We will use this to assess how we view ourselves as Autistic people, and build a positive sense of Autistic identity that embraces our neutrality as people with strengths and challenges.

Week 2: How Do We Feel About Autism?

Week 3: What Does Being Autistic Mean To Me?

Audience participation is encouraged as it allows us to express what we feel and challenge any negative views we hold towards ourself.

Ultimately, we hope to form a friendship with our Autistic identity rather than it being something we have to contend with constantly.
