Embracing Resilience: Navigating Anxiety & Low Mood (Mandarin)
Event description
The ‘Embracing Resilience’ workshops are designed to provide international students with practical tools to manage anxiety and low mood. By creating a supportive atmosphere, participants will gain insights into these mental health challenges and learn effective coping strategies and self-care techniques. The goal is to improve mental well-being and foster a sense of community among international students.
These workshops will be conducted in Chinese Mandarin and led by a mental health clinician and a student support advisor.
The workshops will be held over three consecutive weeks. Participation in all three sessions for anxiety or low mood is encouraged, as each workshop will focus on a specific topic related to anxiety and/or low mood.
