Sound baths are known to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Join us for this transformative session, where you can recharge, release tension, and connect with your inner peace. No prior experience is necessary, just come as you are and let the sounds and the massage thrapist do the rest. - Sound Bath Facilitator & Massage Therapist
