Embroidery Workshop with Catharine Wood

Course Description:  Catharine will be demonstrating simple but dramatic designs in black and white. 
Materials to bring: 

1. Black and white cotton or felt, at least  6 " square  (or any 2 strongly contrasting colours)
2. Embroidery threads such as DMC stranded cotton in each colour
3. Basic sewing equipment including scissors, needles, and pins
4. Embroidery frame if you have one 

If you do not have these materials, we can provide what you will need at a cost of $5.

We will provide tracing paper, pencils, design ideas and templates, and stabilizer (if you don't have or prefer not to use a hoop).
