Mission of the Francine Shapiro EMDR Foundation

The Francine Shapiro EMDR Foundation is dedicated to promoting quality, unbiased research on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Established with the support of EMDRIA and Dr. Francine Shapiro, the foundation aims to inform, strengthen, and expand the understanding and effectiveness of EMDR therapy. Through funding research initiatives, the foundation seeks to enhance the therapeutic outcomes for individuals affected by trauma and related mental health conditions.
