Whova App
To access presentation recordings from the EMDRAA 2024 conference, you will need to access the Whova App on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Whova recommends using Google Chrome web browsers to access the platform and having it run at its most efficient.

It is a requirement that you log into Whova via your app or desktop BEFORE 31 May 2024 to ensure access until November.

Once logged in, you have until 5 November 2024 to watch these presentations.

To sign up via the desktop click the ‘GO TO Web Portal’ button

1. Click on ‘Sign up here’

2. Enter in your details using your registered email address and click ‘Sign up’. It is important to use the same email address you registered with when purchasing your ticket.

To download the Whova App on your mobile device, click through to the Apple App Store or Android Google Play.

1. Enter your email address and create your personal password. It is important to use the same email address you registered with when purchasing your ticket.

2. At the top of the page on the right hand side click 'Expand' and you should see the EMDRAA 2024 Conference. If not, click on the ‘Explore Events’ tab at the top of the screen. Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner and type in ‘EMDRAA’. Click on ‘EMDRAA 2024 Conference and ‘Go to event’ at the bottom of the screen.

Now, you can get started using Whova to view over 15 hours of conference presentations.

To watch presentations and access handouts on Whova via desktop, go to Agenda, click on the presentation title and play video or scroll down to see handouts.
To watch presentations on the Whova App, go to Agenda, click on the presentation title, click on the green camera and play video.
To view the presentation handouts on the Whova App, go to Agenda, click on the presentation title, scroll down to the ‘Handouts’ section and click on the pdf icon.

*If there are no handouts attached to a presentation, then a Speaker has not given us permission to share their handouts/slides.

You have until 5 November 2024 to watch these presentations. There can be no extension to the playback date.

There will be no refunds available for not activating your Whova access to the recordings.
