Event description

On behalf of the Conference and Events and Scientific Committees of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA), we invite you to join us for the EMDRAA 2025 Conference - 'Diverse Applications: Bridging Research, Practice and Innovation'.

The annual EMDRAA conference is quickly becoming a highly anticipated event of the year; a renowned platform for delivering expert content across all areas of EMDR therapy.

This event will showcase the extensive applications of EMDR therapy across various contexts. We invite you to explore how EMDR is evolving beyond single event traumas and PTSD to address a range of mental health conditions. Dive into discussions on its application for dissociation and complex trauma, and learn how it's being utilized to treat addiction, OCD, depression, anxiety, phobias, and chronic or complex pain conditions. Additionally, the conference will highlight the growing field of EMDR intensives, offering insights into their structure and effectiveness.

You will also have the opportunity to engage with presentations that apply the adaptive information processing model to a variety of clinical challenges. This is a unique chance to connect with experts, gain new knowledge, and contribute to the advancement of EMDR therapy.

We look forward to your participation in this dynamic event, which promises to inspire and inform practitioners, researchers, and enthusiasts alike. Join us in Adelaide for an enriching experience in the world of EMDR therapy!
