Yes, only stallholders with a minimum $20m policy will be accepted. You must provide your certificate of currency along with your application.
- Will there be an accessible water supply?
If you need large quantities of water, eg. for weights, dishwashing, etc, you will need to supply your own. We will provide access to drinking water.

Yes. All staff on site must have a valid WWC card and carry it with them.

Prior to covid, the festival had crowds of 10,000+. In its expanded format this year, we expect audiences of around 5,000 - 6,000.
- What other activities are there on the day?
FunFest is part of the Performing And Visual arts in Emerald and District (PAVED) Festival. Therefore, we have a strong emphasis on arts activities including street performers, music, dance, exhibitions and interactive art. We also have a range of children's activities, including rides, circus arts, colouring, face painting and more.
- Can my stall be mass produced or imported items?
Definitely Not. FunFest is an arts festival. Mass produced items will not be accepted. If you happen to slip through the cracks with cheap, imported products, you will be required to pack up your stall and leave on the day.
- Do my products need to be handmade by me?
We will definitely prioritise items that have been handmade, locally by you. However, some unique, artisan products that are made by others will be accepted, as long as they are not imported and mass-produced.
