Resourcing leaders in local churches to take a next step in the development of their character and leadership skills.

Structure

Leaders/aspiring leaders participate in leadership development evenings via Zoom from 7.30-9.15 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for teams of leaders to come together and then reflect together on the theme of the evening

Cost

$0 but an investment of one and three quarters of an hour from 7.30-9.15 pm

Scheduling & Themes

Dates for 2023 – Held via Zoom on Feb 21, April 11, June 13, August 8, and October 10.

Themes, after consultation with participants, will be drawn from:

Grounded in God
Growing in self-awareness
Gaining your voice
Gathering running mates and growing a team
Growing as a leader and growing leadership skills
Growing connections with people who don’t yet know Jesus

Please note that: Bill Brown and Kimberly Smith are also available to lead these workshops for local churches as well.
