Welcome to Emergence

A Transformational Breathwork Experience

Growth doesn't always begin with doing more.

Sometimes it begins with a single conscious breath.

Emergence is a dynamic breathwork experience designed to help you move beyond autopilot, reconnect with your inner strength, and cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and energy.

Through guided breathing techniques, intentional breath holds, immersive music, and a supportive environment, you'll be invited to explore your breath in a way that encourages presence, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Whether you're feeling stuck, mentally foggy, emotionally weighed down, or simply ready to invest in yourself, Emergence offers a safe space to reconnect with your potential and step into the next version of yourself.

About Your Facilitator

Hi, I'm Tim Champney, founder of The Breath Den.

Breathwork has been one of the most transformative practices in my own life. It helped me reconnect with myself, develop greater resilience, and find a level of clarity I never thought possible.

That journey inspired me to create The Breath Den—a place where people can safely explore the power of conscious breathing and discover what's possible when they learn to work with their breath instead of against it.

My intention is simple: to help people regulate, restore, and reconnect—one breath at a time.

A Small Group Experience

Places are intentionally limited to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where every participant has the space to fully engage with the experience.

Bookings are essential, and early reservations are recommended.

I look forward to welcoming you.

The Breath Den

Regulate. Restore. Reconnect.

Silencing the noise, one breath at a time.

Before You Attend

After booking, you'll receive a link to complete a short Participant Waiver & Health Questionnaire.

This must be completed before attending your first session.
