These works reflect his emerging artistic voice and were composed between 2021 and 2025. The pieces trace a personal journey – from early explorations at the piano to a more assured and individual language. He writes:

As my first solo piano album, New Beginnings represents a project developed over many years. Over time, my compositional style has evolved, shaped by the process of gathering these works and influenced by the composers and musical traditions that have inspired me most.

Based in Sydney, Ziv Pinco studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and performs widely as both a soloist and collaborator. His compositions have been performed nationally and internationally, and since 2026, he has been represented by the Australian Music Centre. Ziv first appeared in the EACS as a collaborative artist and soloist in 2024.

The Emerging Artist Concert Series feature dedicated, passionate musicians under 26 in concerts that invite audiences to discover and celebrate the next generation of young musicians. Doors open at 1:15 pm.
