Pricing:
Introducing a Registration Fee to Enhance the Emerging Farmers Conference Experience for ALL!

As the Emerging Farmers Conference has grown, so have its expenses. Every year we have a significant percentage of registrants not show up, which takes away from others being able to attend when we have space limitations. In order to address these issues, new this year the conference will be charging a registration fee for farmers. We do not take this decision lightly and with input from farmers, we have decided to make this change.

If you work for an organization and are registering more than 10 people, please contact Sarah at sarah@uprootfarm.com

The cost for farmers will be $25 per day, or $40 for both days.
    Price includes:
    - Lunch and snacks Friday
    - Breakfast, lunch and snacks Saturday
    - Parking for each day if you select it during registration.

For non-farmers the cost will be $125 for Saturday
and you are responsible for parking costs. Friday sessions are for farmers only.

    Financial Assistance:
If you need help paying for the conference, please fill out this form and we’ll be in touch with you by September 30th. Do not register until you’ve heard from us.

    Interpretation:
If you need interpretation let us know when you register and we will provide an interpreter. In 2023 we had nine languages spoken at the conference!
