What will happen in the space every Monday?

Each week features a different facilitator from the Embodied Freedom Collective. Together, they create a space where you can:

  • Arrive fully in your physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and archetypal bodies

  • Drop in, go inward, and meet yourself with presence

  • Connect with others through shared movement

  • Move with what you care about, what you long for, what you want to create, and what brings you alive, to add this into your life

  • Feel, heal and move

About Embodied Freedom Movement Practice
Embodied Freedom is a movement practice dedicated to empowering people to return to themselves through deep presence and authentic expression. The collective includes newly trained facilitators alongside Sybille and Jason, who continue to guide and hold this community with care.

Come Home to Your Body — Every Monday Night
We invite you to join us regularly and make this your weekly space for embodiment, creativity, and personal freedom.

Sybille and Jason have spent the past six months travelling and immersing themselves in new music, community gatherings, dance, and celebration. Having experienced ecstatic dances and movement practices around the globe, they return with fresh inspiration and deep gratitude.

Together, they bring decades of experience in guiding people to move with authenticity, include what’s happening within, and embody joy as an anchor for life. They are excited to share these gifts with the local community.

Join us each Monday for a nourishing space to move, feel, and connect. These weekly sessions offer an opportunity to come together in community, explore your inner landscape, and reconnect with your body through movement.

Guidelines for the space that we will create together. 

1. No Talking in the Space

  • The dance floor is a place for movement, presence, and not for conversation.

  • If you need to speak, please step outside the dance area.

2. No Phones or Cameras

  • Please keep phones off and away.

  • No photos or recordings—this helps everyone feel safe to express themselves freely.

3. Respect Personal Space

  • Honour each dances boundaries—physical, emotional, and energetic.

4. Consent Always Comes First

  • No touching without clear, enthusiastic consent. If its not a clear yes its a no. 

  • If someone declines connection, respect their “no” with grace. 

5. Embody your freedom

  • Move freely and authentically.

  • There is no right or wrong way to dance.

6. Substance-Free Space

  • The space is held without alcohol or recreational drugs to support clarity and presence.

7. Barefoot or Soft Shoes

  • Dancing barefoot helps you ground and move safely.

  • Soft, clean dance shoes are welcome if needed.

8. Hold the Container

  • Arrive on time, stay till the end. 

  • Stay mindful during opening and closing circles.

9. Honour the Journey

  • Every dancer is on their own inner exploration.

  • Move with curiosity, kindness, and an open heart.
