The very first Emmpower DanceFit POP-UP is happening and this is going to be BIG.

Think 45 minutes of 90's pop, huge energy, fun choreography, a proper workout and a room full of women dancing, laughing, sweating and having the absolute best time.

And before you panic…

You do NOT need to be a dancer.
You do NOT need to be fit.
You do NOT need any dance experience.

This class is for EVERY level. Come exactly as you are.

This is a special pop-up class, not a weekly Friday night commitment — so grab the chance to come along, have some fun and see what Emmpower is all about. 👀

And because this is the FIRST EVER Emmpower class, you get to be there from the very beginning.

One day, when this thing is HUGE, you’ll be able to say:

“Yep. I was at the very first one.”

So grab your bestie.
Grab your sister.
Grab the mum who desperately needs a night out.

Or come by yourself — you’ll be welcomed with open arms.
