Emotion coaching can improve your child’s emotional regulation, resilience and lead to improved social skills, stronger relationships and reduced behavioral issues. This valuable session gives parents an introduction to emotion coaching to build stronger connections with your child.

Emotion Coaching and Emotional Intelligence
Restoring calm whilst holding boundaries and consequences
